The Story of Britain’s Black Nurses with Scholastic
Jaël collaborated with author Kandace Chimbiri and illustrator Simone Douglas to bring ‘The Story of Britain’s Black Nurses’ to life. Through carefully researched and detailed illustrations, she worked to capture the incredible stories of the Black nurses who transformed Britain’s healthcare. The project highlights their lasting contributions and celebrates their dedication, courage and skill.
