Mental Health Awareness Week with BBC & The Open University
“There have been many times in life where I’ve have to remind myself to be kind to the person I am, and create space for the person I’m becoming to grow. Working with BBC and the Open University to create illustrations for Mental Health Awareness week reminded me of the importance of spreading kindness.”
This social campaign aimed to uplift and help those going through the challenging times, especially during the height of the pandemic. Using symbolism (through butterflies, sunflowers and plants to represent strength and growth), Jaël was able to create images that inspired hope, affirming a brighter future.
