Black History Month with BBC Sport
Jaël was by BBC Sport to illustrate Black sportswomen who were trailblazers of the 20th century. These illustrations featured in a Black History Month article, highlighting women who smashed boundaries, made history and paved the way for today's sporting legends.
Through dynamic poses, bright colours and a pattern inspired by the intricacies of African textiles, she created educational pieces that displayed why teaching Black History is important.
